Bread / Roll Recipe
1) Set oven to 190 degrees for bread and 230 degrees for rolls.
2) Wax Tray with margarine
3) Knead 1kg GF oranim flour with 2eggs & 50g yeast, add water slowly to achieve a very smooth bit wet dough.
4) Put in bread pan or balls on tray for rolls.
5) Spread egg over the bread.
6) When the dough leavens to double its original size, put in the oven:
25-30min for bread
10-12min for rolls
Note: The water can be substituted for milk.
You can of course add herbs, vegetables, dry fruit etc.
