www.GlutenFree.co.il is an internet site open to the general public and dedicated to the sale of gluten-free food products. The site is owned and operated by Rimon Group Ltd., Haarava 4, Kokhav Yair 44864 Israel distributors of gluten-free food products.

Before using the site, please read the Terms of Use which are a basis for transactions and purchases on the site. By using and purchasing on the site, you state that you have read, understood and agreed to the conditions set forth in the Terms of Use. You agree that you, or anyone representing you, will not have any demands or legal suits against Rimon Group Ltd., except those issues that are in direct violation of a defined commitment given by the company and stated in the Terms of Use.

The content of the Terms of Use apply to Rimon Group Ltd., its owners, managers, employees, stock holders and anyone who acts on the company’s behalf.

Ordering a Product and Payment

Orders
www.GlutenFree.co.il has three methods to place orders:
1) direct online site orders
2) fax orders sent on the fax-order form
3) telephone orders through customer service

Prices
All prices listed in the site include VAT unless stated specifically otherwise.
The prices of products on the site do not include shipping, which is quoted separately.
Information regarding the different shipping methods and prices can be found in the “How to order”.

Payment
Payment for transactions by private parties is only by credit card. Commercial accounts can open credit billable accounts.

Delivery of Products

The delivery of products ordered through the site will be conducted after payment including shipping charges and according to delivery times as detailed on the site. Time to delivery may vary because of circumstances beyond the control of www.GlutenFree.co.il. Delivery times relate to business days in a five day work week and do not include Fridays and Saturdays as well as holidays.
Orders are shipped complete unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with the customer.

During the checkout process, you are requested to choose the desired shipping method - postal mail, special courier service or personal pick-up. Customers choosing personal pick-up are not charged for delivery. After completing the checkout process which includes choosing the shipping method, you can not change the shipping method. In the event that you want to change the shipping method, you must cancel your order and place a new order. A customer choosing personal pick-up must contact customer service 972-3-9191027and arrange the pick-up.

Products are delivered to home addresses which were detailed during the checkout process. If the customer requests that products be shipped to a different address, for example to his work address, he must state the Business name next to his personal name. The shipping fees include handling and packaging costs and insurance of the products, as well as the direct shipping charges.

If, for any reason, the delivery company cannot deliver to the customer’s home (ie. weather conditions, security conditions which could endanger the delivery service), this will be brought to the customer’s attention and a mutually acceptable alternative solution will be found. The company reserves the right to cancel an order under unusual circumstances.

Canceling a Transaction

Canceling a transaction during the online ordering process
Products are purchased by creating a shopping cart filled with products.

An order is closed by www.GlutenFree.co.il after completing the purchase and giving final approval on the site. An order can be stopped/cancelled, at any time, during the shopping process which ends when the customer gives final approval and closes the order.

Canceling a transaction immediately after final approval
An order which has been given final approval can be cancelled by sending a written notice to www.GlutenFree.co.il Customer Service 972-3-9191025 more than 6 hours after completion of the order and under the condition that the notice is confirmed by telephone as well. The notice should contain the order number, specify the products to be cancelled, and the cash sum to be cancelled. www.GlutenFree.co.il makes efforts to ship orders as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, customer service will inform the customer and a solution will be found. In this case, there will be a cancellation fee reflecting costs to return the package from the shipper.

Cancellation of a transaction by the company
In the event of an error in printing, the description of a product, price, payments, picture or any other published material or in receiving an error from the customer input, the company is entitled but not obligated to cancel the specific transaction.

Beyond these conditions described, the operator is entitled to cancel the purchase partially or entirely in the event of the following: circumstances or events beyond the control of the company which delay or prohibit the sale of products or the ability to deliver the products as described on the site and within the times detailed on the site; due to computer problems and/or telephone problems, or any other problems in completing the computer purchase including natural events, terrorist activities, strikes, reserve drafts or force majeure which can injure the purchasing process; there is an increase in taxes between the publication date and the date that the item is delivered according to the order date.

Cancellation of a transaction after receiving product and return policy
The company does everything in order to provide high standard of service. If a customer is not satisfied after receiving an order, the company will refund the full purchase price in the following cases:

Unopened packages in their original packing
1) The product delivered was not the product ordered.
2) There is a significant difference between the delivered product and the description of the product on the site.
3) The expiration date on the product has passed and the product is not fit for use.

Opened Products
The product is spoiled and not fit for consumption.

In all of these cases, the customer should contact Customer Service within 15 days from the shipping date from the company and coordinate the return of the products and the cash refund.
If for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with products ordered, Customer Service should be informed by e-mail or fax within 15 days, including an explanation of the circumstances.
Customer Service will contact the customer in order to find a solution.
It should be clear that in the case of a cash refund, the responsibility of the company is limited to the price paid by the customer for the products that were purchased.
The cash refund is done by crediting the credit card by which the purchases were originally made.

The information concerning customers in our database is intended solely for the use of www.GlutenFree.co.il. The database is run according to the Israeli laws protecting privacy from 1981. Despite this, it is not possible to completely prevent possible mishaps. Therefore, the customer will have no contention, demand and/or legal action against the company or any person acting on the company’s behalf regarding injury or malfunction in this area.

Changes in the Site

The company reserves the right to make changes and additions to the site without prior notice. These changes to the site include the structure, visual graphics, design, content and services as well as stopping the operation of the site. The customer will have no complaint, demand or legal action regarding these actions.

Company Liability Limitations

The site functions like a supermarket, marketing products of various producers and importers. We publish on the site the specific information provided us by these producers and importers. This information is the sole responsibility of these sources. The site checks the ingredients of food products, as they appear on the label, to insure that the product contains no gluten. The site does not perform laboratory tests or in any other way test the gluten content, and relies on the tests and declarations of the producers and importers. We provide the information at our disposal but we recommend that customers check the products themselves and if they have any questions and/or complaints they can check with the producers and suppliers. The answers are the sole responsibility of the producers and/or importers. In any case, the liability of the company and www.GlutenFree.co.il is limited to the actual amount paid for the product by the customer.
The site invests effort to insure that products and information will be complete, accurate and updated. The pictures on the site are intended solely to give a visual impression of each product and may differ slightly from the actual product in stock. Despite this there may be unintentional discrepancies or mistakes on the site.
In the event that the company can not meet a commitment and/or provide a product or any other problem such as inventory or delivery etc., problems of force majeure or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company then beyond the right to cancel the purchase and receive a credit for the purchase price (if the customer has been debited) the company will bear no additional responsibility and will not be responsible for any damages direct or indirect to the customer or any other third party.
The site contains links to other sites and services that are not operated by the company and for which the company has no control. Settling Disputes

Terms of Use and any other actions concerning the site are subject solely to Israeli law. The Kefar Saba court is the regional court concerning legal disputes and any other legal issues regarding the site or transactions done through the site. If for any reason the legal action exceed the mandate of the Kefar Saba court the issues will be dealt with in the Tel-Aviv Court.

Amending the Terms of Use

The site reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use from time to time. The new Terms of Use will take effect 14 days after they are published on the site.
