1) Filling your shopping cart
Browsing through the site is easy. Simply go through the various categories using the category buttons on the side bar.
You can also look for items using the search field in the top.
By pressing the more information button on an item you will be able to see more product pictures & more information about the products.
To add a product simply choose the quantity you would like and press add to cart.
Your shopping cart will always be viewable on the top right side of the site. To go in to your shopping cart press the update button on it.
"My Favorites" is another very easy way to put together your order. After loging in you can mark any item you wish as a favorite. The web site will remember your favorites and present them to you each time you login to the site. Items you order will automatically be added to your favorites.
2) Checking your shopping cart
Before you continue to check out we suggest you go over your shopping cart once more.
In the shopping cart you can update the quantity of the items & remove items you decide you don't want.
3) Checking out
On the bottom of the shopping cart you'll need to choose which method of payment you prefer: Secure payment over the internet or payment over the phone.
After choosing the payment method you'll be sent to a secured web page (128bit SSL) to finish your order.
On the secure page you'll be asked to state which method of delivery you would like (express delivery, registered post, self pick up).
On this page you will also have the opportunity to add any comments you might have for us regarding the order.
If you choose the secure online payment you'll be asked to fill in your credit card information. You'll need to fill in your credit card information each time you place an order. We work in accordance to the guidelines and regulations of the credit card companies and banks. We do not keep your credit card information. We follow these guidelines strenuously to protect your privacy and secure your order.
If you choose the payment by phone, customer service will contact you for your credit card information to finalize your order.
Updates regarding your order are sent automatically by e-mail to let you follow your order.

Customer service works daily (Sun - Thu) from 9:00 - 19:00 and will be happy to take your order over the phone. Customer service phone number is 03-9191025.
Currently on the site we have well over 1200 products. To avoid confusion and mistakes we ask that you put together your order including the catalog number of each item you would like to order before calling.
For your convenience an order form can be downloaded from the site. The order form is designed for fax orders but is very helpful in putting together your phone order.
Customer service will go over your order with you on the phone & confirm that all the items you've ordered are in stock.
You'll be asked to choose your preferred type of shipping( express currier, Registered mail or if you would like to pick it up yourself).
Customer service will then take your credit card number and transfer it online to the credit card companies. For security reasons we don't keep your credit card number, so you'll have to give it to us for every order.

On the fax order form please make sure you fill in:
Your contact details so we can call you to confirm the order and make sure it gets to you with out delay.
Which products your interested and quantity.
The type of delivery you prefer.
Credit card information.
A representative from customer service will contact you with in 1 day to confirm your order.
International Orders
www.GlutenFree.co.il will ship international worldwide.
We ship using EMS (Express Mail Service) with the Israel Postal Service.
We do not add a handling fee or surcharge beyond the actual postal charges.
In order to estimate the price in foreign currency you can use the Bank Discount foreign currency converter which uses the bank's official exchange rate.
Please be aware that the final exchange rate is determined by your credit card company.
Shipping costs to the United States and Europe can be estimated at 83.00 NIS ($22.00) for the first 1kg and an additional 31.50NIS ($8.50) for every additional 1kg (or part of it).
Shipping by EMS takes approximately eight working days.
